Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions govern the B2B commercial relationship between:

AKANDE Sp. z o.o., ul. Niepodległości 102, 44-192 Knurów, Poland (NIP: 7011218338, KRS: 0001121821) — hereinafter "Supplier"

and businesses purchasing meat products — hereinafter "Customer".

These Terms apply exclusively to transactions between business entities (B2B).

• Orders are placed by email or via the contact form at akande-food.pl.
• An order is binding upon written (email) confirmation by the Supplier.
• Minimum order value is agreed individually.
• The Supplier reserves the right to decline any order without stating reasons.

• Prices are quoted in EUR or PLN, net (excl. VAT), unless otherwise stated.
• Applicable prices are specified in the individual offer sent to the Customer.
• Payment: bank transfer within the period stated on the invoice (standard 14 days).
• Statutory interest for commercial transactions applies in the event of late payment.

• Deliveries are made under temperature control (0–4°C for fresh goods, ≤ -18°C for frozen).
• Delivery dates are agreed individually in the order confirmation.
• Risk passes to the Customer upon handover to the carrier.
• Shipping costs are stated in the offer or added to the invoice.

• The Customer must inspect goods upon delivery.
• Quantity shortfalls: to be reported immediately upon delivery.
• Quality defects: to be reported in writing within 24 hours (fresh goods) or 7 days (frozen goods) of delivery.
• Complaints are processed within 5 business days.

Polish law applies, in particular the Polish Civil Code (Kodeks cywilny).

The courts at the Supplier's registered seat have exclusive jurisdiction.
